I liked it! Explores some new ways to answer skeptical comments and questions.

  2. Connie, There is plenty of verification in the Bible that God is good, but you won’t find it in the doctrines that send most people to a hell of conscious eternal torment. If you want biblical evidence to the contrary of that bleak and frankly, slanderous picture of God you can find it in my book “The Pardonable Sin–the Greatest Prophecy Never Heard” (Amazon and Kindle). Blessings on you and your brother.

Stan, your suggestion that a place of conscious eternal torment slanders God is counter to my reading of scripture. Are you saying that a place of eternal torment (which we call hell) for unrepentant sinners is not taught in the Bible?
Jesus spoke of a place of eternal torment in the parable of the rich man and Lazarus (Lk 16:19-31). He asked the Pharisees how they would escape being condemned to hell (Mt 23:33) and warned his disciples about the last judgment (Mt 25:31-46), declaring that the cursed were consigned to the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. Two passages from Revelation are quite specific (20:14-15; 21:7-8).

Excellent my Brother and greetings from the Philippines. PTL He is Risen!

Thanks, Sam. Well presented. I think I might share this with my atheist brother. He’s really into scientific proof …can usually talk circles around me when it comes to scientific theories, but he’s been looking for verification in the Bible that God is indeed good.
